Health benefits: Alleviates sore throat
Ingredients
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1/4 piece of ginger, or to taste
1Tbs Blue Agave, or to taste
Hot water
Optional:
Add lemon and garlic for a natural cold-relief.
Add cinnamon for a spicier and dessert-like taste.
Directions
1. Boil hot water (enough to fill your glass)
2. Cut off 1/4 piece of ginger.
3. Pour 2 Tbs of apple cider vinegar into your tea mug, put in the ginger and then pour enough water to fill your cup.
4. Add Blue Agave to taste. Mix well.
